The total interview process is 3 interviews with the last one being on-site. During the first interview you are being recorded where they ask you 8 questions and you have up to 2-3 minutes to responsed. The second interview is a video chat where they ask behavioral questions.
Did not make it to the 3rd phase but I feel that was because I did not answer the "why should you pick me" correctly to make me stand out enough.

If we can only choose one person to hire,, why you?
Only did the first interview but the structure was very straight forward. Little intro about yourself, 5 behavorial questions, 2 simple technical questions, and a lot of questions from my end about the role. Took around ~45 minutes.

Explain what an op-amp is. Then draw a non-inverting op-amp. Calculate the closed loop voltage gain if the feedback resistance is X ohms and the input resistance is Y ohms.

1 First Round Interview -- very basic behavioral with 1 technical question.
1 Final Round Interview - 3 hours, 1 hour with 3 individuals. Consisted of 2 behavioral sessions, and 1 technical session. The behavioral sessions also had 1 technical question each. The technical session was a sales pitch that you are informed about before the interview, and have time to prepare.

Did an interview for a technical sales role trainee in italy. 2.30 hours for an interview, first part with sales managers, second part was technical. Not easy generally speaking, they tried to make me unconfortable from second 0.
