In technical interview, the questions were mostly on the switching characteristics of the MOSFET and its basic circuits such as an inverter. timing parameters were targeted and the practical knowledge of 'HDL to device-level' design flow was tested.
Overall the interview was based on the basic digital systems and a in-depth knowledge of VLSI concepts were not tested.

Next they asked what is your favourite subject for which I answered digital electronics. They asked about fsm, flip flops, timing etc.

Had 2 rounds of technical interviews and 1 round of behavioral interview. As long as you know your basics of digital logic, such as counters, muxes, STA, etc it's not that hard.
