Asked mostly behavioral questions. Asked technical questions about projects on my resume. Asked one or two random technical questions based on classes taken. Asked interviewer questions at the end. Talked about the position, talked about the area. Process of application was to talk to recruiter at career fair, apply online, send in resume, then got call back for interview.

3 rounds. The first was behavioral with very simple technical questions -- what's the offset voltage of an ideal op am, setup & hold time, etc. Second was mostly behavioral Third was behavioral with focus on my resume.
