The interview process was fairly normal and simple for a Digital Marketing position. I applied through my university's recruiting website and was invited to interview with TI on campus. After that interview, I was invited to fly to Dallas for 3 interviews followed by a case interview. Everyone was incredibly personable and the entire process was simple.
