The interview process was transparent and fair. Everyone was friendly and overall, I never found any of the questions or requirements to be unfair. It was a smooth process to go through.

It was an all-day process, met north of a dozen people. It was clear early on that I was not getting hired by the university. I wish I was told this before traveling all the way to Texas to be treated like I was filling a quota.
