There was a first interview with the service manager, and a second interview with the general manager. The questions were almost exactly the same for both, it was a pretty easy interview. During my second interview I was offered the job on the spot.
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
