The interview process was very simple. Mainly get to know you questions. This is establishment is looking for those who are team players. They really emphasize the family feeling and find that comforting kind feeling important within an individual.
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
