In person interview that was about 15 minutes long. They asked about experience and how often you could work/ willingness to work weekends and doubles. They asked about your background and what you think would make you a good server
In person with multiple people being interviewed at the same time as you, usually starts with the manager and if they like you, they would introduce you and the owner of the restaurant will interview you and give you the job on the spot.
Easy and straightforward. Talk about your experience and why you want to work there. Hired me on spot and organized my orientation days. Worked with my schedule and accept seasonal work.
