There wasn't any interview process for me. They knew my face and knew I was involved in the music ensembles. I had continuously asked for a job, and they were happy to give me a job in the front office. I had to constantly ask and email the front office at the end and beginning of semester to see if there was an opening. I had to do a lot of paper work including my driver's license, social security card, and an voided check to set up my direct-pay.
