I applied through the school website. I received a call in a couple of days. The interview was set and there was 3 person Director, assistant to Director, and current GA. After a week later, I received a call from the department and got hired.

It was a two-stage process. The interview was simple yet extensive. There were two people in the interview panel. One round was telephonic and another was in person. Prepare your communication skills and read the JD thoroughly.

Not really tough, They just see if you are good in teaching, because the pre-requisite for applying for that job is that you should have proper knowledge. Just be confident and it shall work.

It was brief, relaxed, and quite informal. A professor recommended me, so when I got to the interview process, I am assuming they were pretty much ready to hire me. It is not a difficult position to get if you are a great students, have good grades, and know a professor who can give you a recommendation.
