Was called in for an interview after a brief phone screening. Was given a tour of the facility, and asked a few question, much to my surprise many were not engineering related at all.

First call was job description understanding as well as explaining shift / hours of work Second was an actual phone interview asking personality questions Third was an in person interview with some more questions as well as a plant tour.
