There are two interviews: one with the director and another with a senior therapist (V or LT). Normal interview questions...until I got in the room with LT and she asked some pretty thought provoking questions. You observe a session of therapy (10 mins) where you're encouraged to interact with a child as long as they are not at the table (you'll understand when you see).

You are trained for 2-3 weeks with a huge group of people and slowly integrated into working with the children. The senior therapists watch you and fill out a review on you after every interaction with a child.
