I applied for the position through an online school database. I was contacted by recruiters to set up an interview. I got a phone interview with the director of EHSF (not a recruiter). He never called and I frantically emailed and called the contacts that I had. Finally, he called back 20 minutes late. We continued the interview that was now cut short. He basically gave an overview of the company and the positions open. He asked what position I preferred. I might have asked a few questions, but there wasn't much time for any in-depth typical interview questions. I think he just asked for me to talk about myself. Maybe 1-2 weeks later, I told them I had another offer I was considering. They told me don't worry, I will be getting an offer. A couple days later they called with the offer and I accepted. After that, you just needed to get drug tested and a background check passed.
