After speaking with HR via email a few times, I was set up with a video interview ( I was stationed in Southern California at the time, and was unable to fly out for an in-person interview). The process was smooth and streamlined with everything set up prior and those involved being on-time. The interview process was straight forward, and is what is expected from a typical interview setting.
