I reply to an offer online, everythibg goes well with the recruter and the hiring manager. They asked me for a case study - which i provided. And then they just ghosted me. I asked by mail if they received the case they told me yes and that they were reviewing it, and then no news for a month. I sent a mail to the recruter and hiring manager but they never replied. Interesting corporate culture I would say.
