Before going ahead, I would suggest don't go with this company as they will first commit you that they can provide a good hike but once you get selected, they will provide you 20 - 25% of the hike. I must say the HR voice tone was very bad. Since this company is a child company of Thales. I did not expect and I was asking for a 40% hike at least as per my capabilities but they offered 25%. There were mainly two rounds and both were non-technical instead they were focused on processes. 1. First Round was with a client 2. Managerial Round Note: Don't waste your time by applying to these companies.
