The interview process consists of four rounds: one online assessment via HackerEarth to evaluate problem-solving skills, followed by two technical coding interviews focusing on core concepts, and a final HR and manager round to assess cultural fit and alignment with team goals.
- 1 entretien RH (15min) avec questions sur mes motivations, mes expériences passées etc etc
- 1 entretien technique (1h) avec live-coding en Python/Bash
- Proposition d'embauche 1 mois après
- Acceptation
Test technique trop rigide sur les technos. Il fallait connaître Azure ou rien je pense que ça ne permet pas de réellement connaître le potentiel d’un talent. Trop orienté aussi sur des technos comme scala
