I had two interviews, one with the head of the safety team and the head of the safety department, and another with the human resources manager, who was supposed to be at the first interview but could not make it. It was a telephone interview, no video, and the questions were about my previous experience in safety, my knowledge of the standards and behavioral questions, how I deal with stress. It was a one hour interview.
