Applied online, received a phone call a few days later, set up an interview 2 days after that.
Sat down with the manager, who was very friendly and humble. After the first interview, had an interview with the General Manager of the hotel immediately after the first one. He was also very friendly, and gave me a basic rundown of the bar and the hotel.
