I was excited to interview with this company based on their website, mission, and goals. However, I was disappointed by the interview process. It was a very stale and rigid interview process. I felt like the interviewers were reading from a script, and did not get a good sense of the organization through multiple rounds of interviews. I was not given the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the interview as well.

Received email 1 month after initial application to schedule phone screening with HR, and the next step would be a panel interview with people from different departments. Everyone was very friendly and the interview was overall a positive experience, although I did not receive feedback from HR.
