This was the most unprofessional and rude interview process I've ever experienced. My interview was with one of the founding partners Laura Sherman and after waiting for an hour I was told she couldn't make it and needed to reschedule. I rescheduled assuming something important came up, however by my second interview I had to wait an hour again for her to show up. She asked me one question about my background and as I answered she immediately cut me off and began telling me how I was not a good fit due to my degree and left the room and never came back. HOWEVER, BKS reached out to me for an interview because of my resume. everyone else at BKS was very kind and professional so I could not believe how I was being treated by one of the company's founding partners!
