I was interviewed first my the Hiring Manager who was lovely. We connected on linkedin as their emails where not coming through. Set up a zoom call, interviewed for about an hour. Basic Marketing/Comms/Lifecycle questions. I was worried about some of the marketing campaigns being implemented as they are not best practice and seems that the owners or c suite demand certain campaigns regardless. I have not heard back anything since the interview which is disappointing but could be because of the issue with their esp.
