The interview process was quick and simple. The manager was very nice and patient while listening to my responses. It was low-key and relaxed. She asked if I had any prior experience in childcare, why I wanted to work there, etc.

My phone interview was fairly quick, all things considered, but the interviewer was polite and friendly. The process is pretty standard when it comes to child-related work, meaning a background check, fingerprints, and drug test are required for employment. Most paperwork was conveniently done online and they were flexible with my schedule. All the information I wanted was provided and overall it was a good interview .
