Questions were asked about my past experience in the construction field and why I am the right candidate for Beck. Also a lot emphasis was placed on my work ethics. They also asked me about how sure I was to stick to the construction industry because my major gives me the freedom to join designing firms or manufacturing companies too.

Normal interview and a short waiting period to hear back from the company.The process was not really bad. I have had other interviews that was tougher. They really just want to know if you're a fit for the company.

I met the employees of Beck group at the career fair and gave my resume in February 2016. They have called for an interview on the next day. I got a call from the HR after 2 weeks and an in-person interview was scheduled. The in-person interview was in Dallas and 4 people interviewed.
