I met with several operations managers for a round robin interview process that included various experience based questions as well as values based questions. This was followed by an interview with the CEO over coffee. I was treated to both lunch and dinner and was taken on a jobsite tour to get a feel for the company.

Normal interview and a short waiting period to hear back from the company.The process was not really bad. I have had other interviews that was tougher. They really just want to know if you're a fit for the company.

I met the employees of Beck group at the career fair and gave my resume in February 2016. They have called for an interview on the next day. I got a call from the HR after 2 weeks and an in-person interview was scheduled. The in-person interview was in Dallas and 4 people interviewed.
