Phone screen with employ agency, Then three hour one on one interview with Blackstone's employ agency. Then six hour super day with four VP and one MD at Blackstone BAAM Group. In 24 hours, I received an email and notified me that I was selected. The process is pretty fast. In two weeks, I get the offer.
