Group interview to start with working within small teams.
Then individual interviews scheduled for successful candidates. Also a short shop floor trail and a little customer-sale role play.
Interview was very informal, friendly atmosphere with general retail related questions.

Describe when you received great customer service ?
I was invited to interview but ambushed with a group interview of 20 people. We had to split into groups and decide who we would kill out of a range of people. They watched us through a two way mirror. It was insane.

Who would you kill out of a child who would grow up to cure cancer or a parent of three? AND SO ON
Had a phone interview which didn't last long. Asked me about availability, experience, about myself, ect. Was fixed term position but was made obvious that they wanted a long term team member. Didn't hear back until 3 weeks later to be told that I didn't get the job.
