Was called for a interview. Met the store manager and she took me to the food court which is right across the store. Then gave me a brief description of what the work atmosphere is like and what they are looking for.

I was asked a few basic questions by phone and then asked to come in for a laid back face-to-face interview. I was then asked to come back for the shop floor trial with the other interview candidates where we had to perform a series of tasks. It took them 3 weeks to send me a rejection email which I thought was very poor.
