Colloquio
Met the manager in the store on Nov. 6, 2012... had the first interview 10 days later. The second 2 weeks later.
The interview questions were easy, but she used stuff I had done as a citizen at other local businesses for her reason not to hire me. She gave me good feedback, saying that although my interview was good that I didn't fit the team and insisted on using stuff I had done as both a customer and on my personal time against me.
I felt her argument for not hiring me contradicted the mission of the company. When I apply for a job, I do not expect personal drama towards me. After all, she does not know me or anything else and she made her personal biases very clear towards me. Drama does not belong in the hiring process at all. It was hugely unprofessional on her part.
Easy interview. Felt more like a conversation than being grilled on my resume. The manager asked me about my interests in the industry and my thoughts on skincare. I was asked behavioral questions as well.

Colloquio
Friendly, chatty, bubbly. Many questions about customer service, products, sales, teamwork, information about the company, previous jobs, and many things like that. The next day I think I received an email from them with a job offer.
Trial shift -shop floor.

This was a standard interview process. I applied online via their website. Then I was interviewed for the role. They asked me normal questions at the interview, about past experience, availability etc.
