Felt very casual. The head store manager took me to a nearby cafe in the shopping complex. Made me feel more comfortable to speak as it was less clinical and pressure. The store manager had a warm smile and ask the questions in a casual manner, but also keeping an appropriate professional front. I was not just asked questions that they were provided, but also asked about my current studies and how they interrelate with the job. I was also asked about favourite products, and initiatives that I like from them.
