It was a face to face interview where the manager asked me a bunch of questions. She was super friendly and easy to talk to. In the end, I also had to role-playing.

I was asked a few basic questions by phone and then asked to come in for a laid back face-to-face interview. I was then asked to come back for the shop floor trial with the other interview candidates where we had to perform a series of tasks. It took them 3 weeks to send me a rejection email which I thought was very poor.
