I had emailed my cv and personal letter to their contact email on their website and one day they just called me to schedule an interview (because a new store was opening up). I was quite surprised. The interview was truly great. It was small, me and one other (head of regional sales) and we talked a lot about aims, goals and performance. It was more a discussion than a full on interview. She was curious to hear my opinion since I had been abroad. It took about 30 minutes and I felt good afterwards, although I was going to have to wait a week before she called me again and offered me the position which I accepted enthusiastically.
