I had an initial phone interview with a HR intern which lasted around 40 minutes and then a face to face interview with the HR manager and the travel retail manager at their offices in London (1 hour). Overall, I would describe my experience as positive since they were very friendly. They started by going over my CV. They were very interested in my sales experience and rather persistent when it came to negative situations asking me to elaborate a lot. Finally, they asked a lot of questions about the travel retail sector.
