Before interview, I need to answer some questions about the Borgen Project.
then after two week, I got interview invitation.
a phone interview about 20 mins, and interviewer clearly explained the duty of intern.
Quick 30 minute call, remote, not very personalized. Felt like a formality and not really getting to know me, only what I can do for them in terms of money

After answering the questions they sent about the company, I was sent an email that I moved to the next stage which was the interview stage and that Im supposed to pick a date for my interview.

I applied online, then was contacted by the HR Manager. Next, we set up a video interview over the phone about a week after I applied. After the first video interview, I was selected for a second video interview with the president of the company.
