Applied online and was asked to join a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was contacted the next day telling me I got the job. I then met all the other interns joining that month over a skype call.

I applied online, then was contacted by the HR Manager. Next, we set up a video interview over the phone about a week after I applied. After the first video interview, I was selected for a second video interview with the president of the company.
