The interview was pretty standard, but all the negative stuff people have said about Borgen seems pretty true to me after this. Interviewed by an HR woman who didn't seem to care, stressed the 500 fundraising requirement, etc. After accepting the offer, I was sent a doc to track assignments and progress, and they require you to use your personal social media accounts to promote their organization, which feels like a pretty big red flag to me. No legitimate org should be requiring employees to use personal accounts to promote. Avoid if you can.

Before the interview, you will be invited to complete a Google Docs 'quiz'. Then if successful will organise an interview. Mine was very brief. The interviewer was very friendly. Positive recruitment process.

Very quick conversation and corporate talk. The interview lasted between 10-15 mins in total. The interviewer just wanted to hear WHY I was applying for the role and the questions that were asked centred around this

It was a very simple interview. It lasted about 5 minutes and they generally just asked about you and your interest in working with them. The interview was very casual and there weren't many follow up questions.
