Process was very easy, just make sure you do research on their website. You receive a form (quiz) to fill out and then a virtual interview via zoom answering more questions about you and why you'd like to volunteer for their organization.

Easy, quick, ask basic background questions about your interest in applying. Didn't really ask anything specific, mostly just want to know why you would be a good addition to the team, if you got interview you already got the job.

Meet with team over the phone; discuss opportunity with current interns and intern coordinators. They will require a short cover letter and a writing sample. They will then offer a short summer program and, thereafter, give you the option to stay on after the program's end.
