It was an online interview process. Questions appeared on the screen, and you had to record your answers yourself. It was tough to get past the fact that you were essentially interviewing blind.

The interview process was really great. Everyone I met at The Boston Beer Company was very friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the organization. I had two phone interviews followed by two in-person interviews at the Boston Beer Company offices. The recruiters were super helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. Overall it was an awesome experience that I would gladly go through again!
