Horrific. Unacceptable. Shameful. The team dragged the interview process out over several months and it concluded with spending an entire day in the field with a current manager; after all of that, the company simply ghosted me after the process. This was in January, still haven't heard back and have a crazy feeling that I'm not going to.

The first process is a virtual interview, done over video, questions were given with 30 sec to read over then 2 minutes to respond, 3 questions total, practice round optional.
