Colloquio
The interview process is lengthily, the first step is a phone screen with the Director of operations. The second step was an in person interview with the new promoted regional manager. The third step was shadowing at the club location for 6 hours (unpaid and you will work).
The fourth step was meeting with the CEO of the organization.

The interview’s are not comprised of the typical behavioral method. The interview is mostly giving first hand accounts of your experience and why you would be a job fit. The interview is also an opportunity for Boxing club to obtain critical feedback on both their operations but also the aesthetics of the business.
