Make sure to always smile. They love smiles. First interview is conducted by someone from the human resources department. If they feel that you will fit in with the job you have inquired, they will call you to come in to be interviewed by the manager and supervisor for that department. Make sure to always smile and be knowledgeable of the position you are applying for.
