Interview process is as it says on the website, Main board AOSB takes 3 days to complete, features several challenges that put your physical as well as your mind to the test.
Career office interview with a serving officer (sometimes a retired officer or reservist). Then if successful and through an initial medical assessment on to the Army Officer Selection Board at Westbury
