I applied in mid-summer and had to take a Predictive Index Inventory.
If you don't fall into the area they deem acceptable on this Inventory test, you don't get an interview. Interviewed by initial team and it went well. They asked about experience and team work and the like. Second interview was rushed and I was unable to present my best side and I was lied to regarding my question about micromanaging. The person I asked is definitely a micromanager and made my life hell. It would have been better for all if she had answered honestly and I would have declined the job. By the way, the Predictive Index is not very accurate, but they use it as a benchmark and judge you by the outcome of this test.

Each interviewer was professional, welcoming, and transparent, creating a positive experience while remaining focused, thoughtful, and direct in assessing qualifications and fit.
