The interview process was fairly easy I had applied a month earlier by sending by resume through email and got an interview. You are called in to do an interview in front of 2 people. The questions were mostly behavioural.

Food industry, walk in, got a tour of the lab, asked me questions about my career outlooks, my education, and why I would do the job well. Very friendly interviewers. Honestly felt I wouldnt ge tthe job. I was called and offered a position and was able to select my shift.
