I have to agree with the people who did not receive job offers in the fact that they basically ghost you. It is my understanding that the recruiters are outsourced. However; they are available to always schedule and reschedule the interview and I had always received prompt responses in that regard. After the final interview, I was told by one of the team members that someone should be in contact to let them know about a final decision. Nothing. Radio silence. I think that it is important for these recruiters to reach out to the candidates to let them know the outcome of the decision.
The process was very long but very informative. It would be nice to hear a decision then just be ghosted.

Basic interview questions; why do you want to work here, etc

Colloquio
- Completed a writing prompt and 5 question phone screen
- Completed an hour Zoom interview with the department manager
- Completed six one-hour Zoom interviews with the department team members.
Overall, the process took about a month. I, unfortunately, did not hear back from the recruiter from the beginning of the process so I felt very blindsided by the whole process and the types of questions that were being asked. The last "round "was 6 different zoom calls back to back with one person on the team. In total, this was a 7 hour interview day. My advice to the hiring team would be to help candidates prepare for the types of questions that are being asked and consider combing interview rounds so it is not as time-consuming. After 8 interviews, I was not selected for the position. The team was pleasant to meet and I learned a lot about the programs. I feel I would have been more successful in the interview process if there was more communication between myself and the recruiter.
