The interview process started with a phone screen by the hiring manager and then another phone screen by a peer in her group. After passing those interviews, I was brought in for an in-person interview. After the in-person interview the next would have been to negotiate and provide an offer. In this instance I was told they were going with an internally referred candidate.

Q: The company headquarters is based in Israel and they feel that if an idea does not come from them, then it should not be considered, how would you deal with that?
