The interview process was very transparent and had a friendly atmosphere to go with it. This made it easy to deliver your very best. The interview process had two levels. Historically the first level is meant to assess your personality fit to the job and how you can think on your feet as well as your ability to interact with others. Mine, however, was a group interview which was unexpected (part of the evaluation process). The second interview was more technical and inclined to the role.
