I got approached by a recruitment agency the entire process took about 4 weeks and was very pleasant. The first interview round was with HR, going through my CV and prior experiences as one would expect. The second round was a phone interview with one of the Client Partners and more focused on specific roles I had in the past, the third round was a half day assessment centre, including preparation of a presentation, numerical and verbal reasoning test as well as an interview with another Client Partner and Managing Consultant. I had a really good experience. I enjoyed that throughout the process you get the opportunity to understand the way CMG operate really well because you meet so many different Client Partners and Consultants and can get a feel for the company culture.
