Was reached out to by a recruiter from within the agency asking if I would be interested in speaking with them about the role as they thought I could be a great fit for it. After a number of scheduling changes to meet, we settled on a date and the conversation I had with the CEO went great I thought. The discussion was very laid back and at the end, was told that if I was interested and wanted to continue the conversation to let them know so they could set up some next steps. I took a few days to think about it and got back to them to let them know I was interested and got radio silence, even with follow ups. Was disappointing to hear nothing after they had indicated they were interested in me reaching back out.

Was mostly discussions about types of verticals I've worked in, audiences / campaigns managed (B2G, B2C, B2B, etc.), as well as general questions on how I approach paid media strategy.
