It was roughly 5 minutes. The manager was laid back and offered a different job than i was applying for so i declined. The manager really didn't ask alot of questions, just asking me why i wanted to work at cheesecake factory and how i found out about the position. The restaurant seems well kept.

Good and brief. The interview lasted a couple of minutes it went well but there was no response to whether I got a job or not. The manager was very nice

You initially interview with an assistant manager or something. It is a rather easy interview but then they say they will get back to you about setting up a second interview and they never do. Felt like the were giving me the run-around. Not professional.

Very easy interview process. I sat down with one of the shift managers and we went over job duties, my experience and availability. They mostly ask about reliability and availability.
